I founded Intelligent Fitness LLC in 2017 after spending years working within the traditional gym model and realizing that most people weren't getting what they actually needed — a trainer who listened, assessed thoroughly, and built a plan around their life, not a template.
My approach is rooted in physical therapy principles. Before prescribing a single exercise, I assess movement patterns, injury history, and long-term goals. Whether you're recovering from pain, rebuilding after surgery, or simply ready to take your fitness seriously — I build programs that are as individual as you are.
I work with adults across all fitness levels, with a particular focus on the 40–65+ age group who are ready to invest in their long-term health. My clients don't just get stronger — they move better, hurt less, and feel more capable in everything they do.
